2.Assess the current working environment and processes, post that identify the gap between the Target and current situation;
3.Prepare the business plan to achieve the target and discuss and involve the on ground team in the implementing the new processes;
4.Study the impact and make necessary amendments where necessary in the business plan;
5. Continuously monitor and update the processes for smooth implementation of the business.
